1. Miracle Juice Recipe

Two Quarts Cranberry juice water

1/4 teaspoon each of ground cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg

3/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice & 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Stevia to taste or about 2 packets

2. To Make Cranberry water: add 8 oz unsweetened cranberry juice to

56 oz of filtered water and bring it to a light boil on stove. Reduce heat

and add spices in a tea ball, simmer 15-20 minutes, then cool and add

orange, lemon, and stevia powder.

3. Alternate Juice and Water throughout the day. Each hour drink one cup

of water or juice from 6:00am to bedtime.

4. Use a good colon cleansing supplement first thing when you arise and

at the end of the day. You could choose one of the following:

1-2 teaspoons psyllium husks mixed with 8oz cranberry water

or 2-3 tablespoons flaxseeds mixed with 8oz cranberry water.

5. Do only light exercise like a 20 minute walk or 10 minutes on a rebounder.
