In order to enjoy the best of health you only need a few basic things.

  • Restful sleep
  • Drink 2 liters of water per day
  • Walk outdoors or exercise daily
  • A balanced diet with fruits and veggies
  • Spend time with people you enjoy
  • Sometimes the first 4 happen naturally, but other times not! It is easy to give into temptation to blow your diet, skip the gym, tell yourself that you will walk later, etc. That’s when we are lead to believe that will power is what we need. However, will power will only work when we are feeling very motivated to achieve some result. Most of the time it just doesn’t work.

    There is an easier way to train yourself to do these simple things. How would you like to put the basics on auto pilot and not even think about it? No procrastination, no act of God, or depending on will power! Just do it easily? You can.     We all talk to ourselves inside our head! What’s really going on in there is very important to what your external life is like. If your inner chatter tends to be negative you may be getting the results of that in your everyday life. Most of this inside talk goes on without much attention on our part and tends to flow along the lines of mundane ideas and basic everyday needs.

    This inner chatter can waste a lot of energy that could be diverted to more productive ideas. Inner focus on things like bills, shopping, responsibilities, and what’s for dinner can easily lead to negative thoughts and feelings. Basically it takes your focus away from the here and now and keeps you in a state of past or future thinking. Any disappointment in your past or worry about the future will instigate negative thoughts and perpetuate that negative energy into your external daily life!

    You can begin transforming your thoughts with simple exercises that help focus your mind. This reprogramming process is easy and will work for anyone with daily practice. Start by doing this in the morning before arising or at night just before sleep. It’s at these times that you will be in a relaxed and receptive state. Don’t worry if you don’t believe the statements at first, the idea here is to get the subconscious involved, for it does not know the difference between fact and fiction and will put into action whatever is presented it by repetition.

    Pick two or three areas where you would like to see positive improvements in your life and select a short phrase to describe your self as you would like to be. Such as:

    I am 100% confident.

    I am full of joy and happiness and deeply loved.

    I am in complete health and wholeness.

    I am totally fit and highly energetic.

    Then spend 20 minutes just repeating these statements over and over. Imagine what you feel like now that you have achieved this new state. Selecting short concise statements makes it easy to repeat and set the new program in your mind. Try doing this exercise during the day for a few minutes. Do it just before falling asleep to have the greatest impact. You will notice that in just one week you will automatically hear these thoughts going though your head which brings this state closer into reality for you!

    I feel totally compelled to write about Shelly Yates and her story! It’s the answer to the question ” I am only one person, what can I do to make a difference”? You can make a difference. We all can if we come together as a team.

    Shelly Yates is an average gal, a mom, and like many of us has had life struggles, and learned about life through the school of hard knocks. Her story is amazing, inspiring, and almost unbelievable, but true!

    She had a near death experience when the car she was driving went into a lake and she almost drowned. Her young son was with her and he did drown, was resuscitated, and hospitalized. In a coma and barely alive, the doctors said that there was no hope. Even if he survived he would be vegetative.

    Well, during the accident while she was under water in her car a voice spoke to her and she had an experience with multi-dimensional beings who told her exactly what to do after the rescue of her son in order to save him from death and bring him back to health. She followed the instructions while her son was in the hospital and he made a full recovery, much to the surprise of the doctors.

    After that, these guides that helped Shelly, continued to speak to her and told her that the same method she used to save her son could be used on a large scale to restore the health of our planet! How’s that for far out? Shelly is reluctant to take on the project. Who wouldn’t be, she’s a normal, average, woman who doesn’t want to be considered a nut case! Life is hard enough without heading up a crusade that sounds “crazy” to the average listener! Well, she finally agreed, after all, she has a debt of gratitude for the life of her son!
